The perfect mini pizza recipe!

Hi! So I hope you're all doing well, and today I wanted to share with you my mini pizza recipe, which by the way, I made up myself. Oh hi, this is future Alice popping in (well, by the time you're reading this it's past Alice, but hey ho) Anyways, I'm flying in two days, finishing up all my posts and putting the pictures on, and so what happens? Oh, only my iPad is out of charge so I have to wait 383394 years for it to load so I can add the second picture. OMG OMG its turning on finally whooo ok byee I'll let you get back to the post now instead of having to deal with me wittering on :)

You will need:
A pitta bread (either small or large, it depends on how big you want your pizza)
Herbs- I like oregano pizza herbs
Cheddar cheese (or whichever cheese you want)
Pizza sauce (or tomato sauce, it doesn't really matter which)
Toppings of your choice, I like bell pepper and cherry tomatoes on mine.

Let's begin

So I like to grill my pitta bread first in the convection oven, I spread some butter on and then grill it for five minutes on each side. Then, spread tomato or pizza sauce on on side of the pitta bread, leaving a bit of the edges un-sauced. This will be the 'crust'. Sprinkle on the herbs and then grated cheese, not all of it as you'll need some to put over the topping. Put on your toppings, then sprinkle on the rest of the cheese and some more herbs, then put under the grill for nine minutes, and voila, the perfect mini pizza!
This is probably one of the quickest, most delicious things ever and its so easy to make!
